SpeedBox PLATINUM for Yamaha PW-X Limited Edition

This is the optimized version of the SpeedBox 2 for Yamaha PW-X electric bike drive systems – the new SpeedBox PLATINUM is 30% smaller as well as more effective and more ecological than its predecessor.

The processor-controlled SpeedBox PLATINUM module completely eliminates the 25 km/h speed limit of Yamaha PW-X engines.

Even with activated tuning, the electric bike display will show all data correctly (actual speed, range, maximum and average speed and daily performance).

After its installation, you can activate / deactivate the SpeedBox PLATINUM module at any time by briefly pressing the WALK button.

After pressing the WALK button, a speed of 9.9 km/h appears on the display for approx. 2 seconds – this indicates that the tuning module has been activated and the speed limit has been removed. If you want to deactivate the tuning, simply press the WALK button again. Now a speed display of 2.5 km/h appears briefly to confirm the tuning has been cancelled and the motor support will stop at 25 km/h again.

Easy installation

The installation of this tuning tool is very easy, because only colour-coded original plugs are used to connect the SpeedBox to the E Bike. This virtually eliminates the possibility of an accidental incorrect connection. You don´t need any diagnostic tools to install the device. According to the manufacturer's specifications, only electronic components from the world's leading manufacturers are used in the production of the SpeedBox. This ensures mechanical strength and insensitivity to splashing water. The module looks visually attractive, too. Each product is tested several times during the manufacturing process. The processor in the module has even been certified for the automotive industry.
