PearTune MSO 3.0 Normal for Shimano Di2
The PearTune MSO 3.0 removes the preset 25 km/h speed limit of e-bikes with Shimano drive system and electronic Di2 gear shifting. This means you can finally enjoy the full power of your Shimano e-bike and have fun without limits - "MSO" therefore stands for nothing other than "Max Speed Off"!
The tuning is automatically activated when the e-bike is switched on (speed limit cancelled). On the road, you can switch the tuning off and on again at any time by briefly pressing the light button or by selecting the light function in the bicycle control menu. The display signals whether the tuning has been activated or deactivated (if your e-bike does not have a light button or the light function is not activated, simply select the "Still On" version - with this version, the tuning remains permanently active as soon as you switch on the e-bike).
If the light function of your Shimano e-bike is not activated, you can have it activated by specialised Shimano dealers at any time.
The PearTune chip does not require an extra battery.
Please note: When the tuning is switched on, the e-bike display will only show the real speed up to about 22-25 km/h. At higher values, the speed display will be " frozen" so that the same value is always displayed. The total kilometres are also no longer displayed correctly.
Our tip: Simply use GPS-capable additional devices such as your smartphone to display the correct speed and the real distance on the road. You can find practical mounts for the handlebars in our shop.
Installation
The PearTune MSO 3.0 is a microcontroller-based module that must be connected between the magnetic speed sensor and the motor unit. To do this, the motor cover must be temporarily removed. The connection to the motor is made using the original connector plugs. If you want to use the option of activating/deactivating the tuning via the light function, you must also connect the red cable to the "+" port.
After installation, the module configures itself automatically, you do not need to do anything else.
You can remove the PearTune module at any time if you want to restore the e-bike to its original condition. No traces are left behind on the e-bike.

Tips:
Before installing the PearTune module in a brand new e-bike, you should first ride the bike for at least 1 km.
The manufacturer expressly advises against software updates, as the tuning may then no longer function properly.

Shipping costs
The shipping costs for Germany are 3,50 Euro. The shipping costs are waived from an order value of 180 Euro. For countries within the EU the shipping costs are 9,90 Euro. The shipping costs are waived from an order value of 300 Euro. We ask you to cover the cost of any return shipment yourself. Please note that customs fees may apply in third countries outside the European Union.
Minimum order value
The minimum order value is 25 Euro. Only from this amount you can use prepayment or PayPal and bank transfer as payment methods.
Maximum order value
The maximum order value for orders outside the EU is 1.000 Euro. The maximum order value within the EU is 12.500 Euro.
Payment in advance bank transfer
Please transfer the total amount with your order number to our account which you received in the confirmation email. Please note that bank transfers within Germany can take up to three working days. Transfers from abroad, especially from Austria and Switzerland, usually arrive very quickly. From other countries, transfers can take a little longer on average.
Payment in advance Paypal
At the end of the order process you will be redirected to the page of Paypal. There you can initiate your payment. As soon as the Paypal transaction is completed, the status of your order will change in the store. The goods will then be shipped as soon as possible.
